  1. Book your installation. Contact Surf4Life to arrange a router installation at no additional cost.
  2. Find your router password. Your password is printed under the MAC ID on the back of your router.
  3. Register online. Go to www.surf4life.co.za and click REGISTER at the top of the homepage. Complete all fields, read the terms and conditions, tick the box, and click Register.
  4. Wait for approval. Surf4Life will email you once your application is approved.
  5. Log in. Once approved, log into your profile on the Surf4Life user portal using the username and password you created.

Once your profile is registered, you can select the fibre internet package that best suits your needs. Package pricing varies by development, so check available packages for your estate before setting up your debit order:

  2. Click Set Up a Debit Order.

  4. Complete your debit order details, read the terms and conditions, tick the box, and submit.
