Rental – Online Application

Terms and Conditions:

• I/We agree and allow the Landlord or Agent at all times to contact, request and obtain information from any credit provider (or potential credit provider) or registered credit bureau that may be necessary to assess my/our behavior, profile, payment patterns, indebtness, whereabouts, creditworthiness, and validate legality of all documentation provided. Furnish information concerning the behavior, profile, payment patterns, indebtness, whereabouts, and creditworthiness of me/us to any registered credit bureau or to any provider (or potential credit provider) seeking a trade reference regarding my/our dealing with the Landlord.
• Holding deposit of R2500 payable on acceptance, if this agreement is cancelled prior to occupation the holding deposit will be forfeited.
• Company policy requires that the debit date and the date the salary reflects on the bank statements match.
• Should fraud, error, omission, misrepresentation, negligence, or similar occurrence with respect to FICA documentation be identified the Landlord will report such findings to the following authorities or regulatory bodies: Fraudulent bank statements – Relevant Bank, Suspected money laundering – FIC, Identity Theft – SAPS
